Dr. Warfield listened to my issue, unlike with other providers I've experienced where they had already decided what was going on and just went with an assumption. She heard about my one-off symptoms and investigated, and confirmed what I was describing. Then she gave me info I hadn't known before which was some things like what I was experiencing can sometimes take up to six weeks to resolve, which made sense and explained my issue. Then in the event that it turns out later that any criteria wasn't correct, she asked me to let her know through MyChart messages if I experienced anything to the contrary. This is why I've been with her for over 10 years. Very positive medical experience.
