I am planning on transferring to another primary care physician. When I first started seeing Dr. Grossman she was compassionate and understanding. Now I feel like she is hypercritical and comes off judgmental. Especially dealing with chronic illness, we as patients go through so much medical gaslighting and providers who don't want to spend the time or energy in getting to know our conditions. It's evident to me that she's not interested in keeping me as a patient.

Dr. Grossmann always takes the time necessary to discuss issues or answer questions. She explains things clearly & shares the "why" which is important for good patient care & compliance. I have never felt rushed and feel she takes the time to listen when so many other busy care providers do not. Her practice is always busy, but you don't feel it during your visit which I appreciate. She is very thorough and up to date on current medical information. I love having the lab in the office, it's so convenient and results are always super-fast.
