Came in for a routine eye exam. I was very grateful that my provider explained the billing process (I have VSP and am a Swedish employee) and how to utilize my benefits correctly. Provider was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. As a new patient I felt very welcome by the care team and am happy to have found a new eye doctor.

“Dr. Krengel is excellent but I c...”

Dr. Krengel is excellent but I can never get in to see here in a timely fashion and my emergency situation I had to meet with another Doctor. This was fine because the 2 doctors that assisted me were top notch! I need to be able to see my primary - I do not want to have to see different Doctor's every time. I need to have an established relationship with my Doctor!
