“Scheduling the first appointment...”

Scheduling the first appointment was not the easiest because of availability of appointment, wait times, and trying to schedule as a new patient, but scheduling the follow-up for the colonoscopy and EGD were seamless. The entire in-person team (receptionists, nurses, doctors, anesthesiologists, scheduling guy) for the two procedures were truly exceptional. Everyone was super kind, professional, seemed like they enjoyed their jobs, and I hope they actually do enjoy their jobs because they're great at what they do.

My experience with my care team was excellent a Dr Katherine Broussard was incredibly thorough she listened to my concerns with empathy and explain my treatment plan in a way that I could understand it additionally, the front desk staff was welcoming and scheduling was race. Dr. Broussard is also very thorough..she believes what the patient says and works on getting a diagnosis for your symptoms. I feel well cared for by Dr. Broussard and would recommend her without hesitation.
