The dr would not listen to reasoning and needs to take the wrong diagnosis off my chart. She agreed that I was not bipolar. This is wrong and I want anything about that diagnosis removed from my chart. It is a lie and does not and has not ever describe me. Shame on her for hurting us old women by labeling us with that word. I am hurt and mad.

I was not pleased. 2nd time seeing her and she ruined my life. She does not know me. Her diagnosis was all wrong. Meds were wrong could not take any of them.
