I really need a choice that says "meh". New patient should have much longer appointment and more thorough exam. I wasn't entirely dismissed but my concern did not seem too concerning.

“Dr Banno does not give me confid...”

Dr Banno does not give me confidence that she is well qualified. She reminds of someone that is reading a script, she reads off a list of things she thinks you need but fails to ask if there any issues. She's completely oblivious to how inconvenient it is to come in to get a prescription renewed when you were just there.
