She was very patient listening to all my concerns as I tend to ramble off at the mouth. She heard me because she started me on a understandable treatment plan promptly, and I left with a follow up appointment made with the neurosurgeon.

She was nice. She was knowledgeable. She was thorough. She informed me of what she was doing and going to do and it doesn't get much better than that!

The provider did not have all of my scans and seemed more concerned with explaining my condition as something short-term, and she did not listen when I told her this has been going on for several years and that several skilled physicians have noted the importance and the risks involved with my injury. The provider seemed very dismissive and downplayed everything to a simple muscular problem

She was very dismissive of my pain and what could be causing it. Said she didn't know what was wrong with me and she "doesn't have a crystal ball." Her explanation of nerve testing was awful, and she wouldn't go into detail. When I offered an explanation for my pain she acted like I was stupid and whoever looked at my x ray was too. Overall, she was just super dismissive and rude.

When she ask why I was there, I showed her a list of symptoms. She took a quick glance and immediately made a condescending remark about how my symptoms have nothing to do with the reason I was there. That is absolutely wrong. I was there seeking answers and she was quite condescending.
