I have seen this provider a couple of times as a patient and as a parent of a patient. She is always so nice and professional. She also is so knowledgeable and patient while making sure I understand everything. I feel very safe with her. I feel very comfortable around her. I had to stop myself from just venting every little boo boo I ever had bc I feel so comfortable with her.

I appreciated her follow-up questions. She asked very specifically about my concerns and preferences. She was thoughtful and careful with her processing of the information I gave her. I felt like she wanted to make sure I understood the course of care and not just going thru it.

1. Just want to clarify that my provider did not call or contact me with my lab results because I had a pending appointment and it was not necessary. This Is an unfair question without having a place to explain. 2. My provider Is outstanding! She Is so thorough and actually listens to the Issues and provides explanations and/or solutions. She doesn't rush and isn't in a hurry to be done and out the door but is still efficient. I came from 40+ years of military primary care system and with few exceptions she is by far the best primary care I have had in years.

Kera is always available. The visit in question was a walk in. No appointment. I was treated exceptionally. I also had a follow-up on [date]. Kera again was available for me. The 2nd visit was also not technically scheduled. The office and Kera in particular are excellent.
