Kensey was very sympathetic and showed concern for my neck pain. My only confusion was that she said she was ordering labs and that I would have to fast. However, I noticed the next day on the printout from the office that labs were ordered for 3/2/24. Sent her a note on the portal to ask if this was correct but did not hear back.

This was my second time seeing Kenzie Holden. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I know. She is so easy to talk to and I feel like I can bring up any health issue without judgement or feeling like I'm being over dramatic, as I have felt with other providers before (not at this practice) I also was pleased with my experience as a whole, check in was a breeze and the girls in the front office were very kind. I was taken in right away and Kenzie came into the room very shortly after I got there. Nothing felt rushed and I had plenty of time to talk about my concerns, but I was also out in a very timely manner. 10/10 experience!
