Dr Ricks and his office staff are amazing. They take the time to answer questions and appointments are on time. When my son had an issue with a bracket, they fit us in the day I called to fix it. Dr Ricks and his office manager are very caring, too.
They are located on the East side which is saves time and money when coming from Kern Valley. With my insurance deductable, the cost and payments were very reasonable, too.

I was very hesitant to get braces at thirty years old but Dr. Ricks has been amazing in answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The doctor and staff are all amazing. I wont go anywhere else for ortho treatment. I initially came for a replacement retainer but now will be bringing my kids for ortho treatment in the future. The office is very welcoming and has a great environment overall.
