Dr. Ricks & staff are very welcoming and build a personal relationship with you, making your visit ALWAYS pleasant. Shannon, explains financial payments & best route for you. Most ortho's can be money hungry & strictly about business, this has not been my experience here. They treat you like family & are willing to go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ricks Family Orthodontics.

I brought my 6 year old in the Ricks Family Orthodontics at the recommendation of his dentist. Dr. Ricks got us in with no wait and gave us a thorough explanation of my son's needs. The office is well managed by and makes us feel very welcome. My son has had issues with the dentist in the past but he now looks forward to his next visit.

The doctor and staff are all amazing. I wont go anywhere else for ortho treatment. I initially came for a replacement retainer but now will be bringing my kids for ortho treatment in the future. The office is very welcoming and has a great environment overall.

Took my daughter here for braces. Got much more than can be expected. Very clean and cared for facility. My daughter has and anxiety problem but never has any issues here. She feels right at home. Dr Ken and Shannon are very welcoming and receptive to all my questions. They honestly could not be any more professional and polite. I highly recommend this place!!!

Dr Ricks and his office staff are amazing. They take the time to answer questions and appointments are on time. When my son had an issue with a bracket, they fit us in the day I called to fix it. Dr Ricks and his office manager are very caring, too.
They are located on the East side which is saves time and money when coming from Kern Valley. With my insurance deductable, the cost and payments were very reasonable, too.
