“First off, when I called the cli...”
First off, when I called the clinic two days after surgery because I was so constipated and miserable, no one called me back until the following monday. When I told the CNP about the issues I had, she said nothing more than yeah that can be an issue. Basically all she did was ask if I had questions and then tried to answer them as hurriedly as possible. I did not feel there was any care on my recovery or concerns. It was just a check box to tick. Nothing even opened up if I had any issues arise.
