LOVE Dr. Patten. She listens to me and my concerns and thoroughly explains the answers in a technical and casual way so I understand. She Fully walks me through all options. Because she sees a private/sensitive part of my body, she explains what she is doing, talks me through her movements and next steps and makes me feel comfortable.
