The appointment almost felt rushed when the PA came in. She told me what my options were but didn't explain any risks, follow up issues or how to solve the pain I was experiencing then. There was a lot of any more questions', like people do when they're trying to rush. Maybe its the short amount of time you get for the appointments but I've felt rushed with a lot of doctors within Duly.

I felt this provider was not very intune to me as a patient. I really thought that she hadn't even looked at my file before coming through the door. I am a pretty simple patient with basic questions. . When she did give me an answer. I felt like she wasn't 100% sure of what she was saying. When I left the office, I was more confused than when I started.
