She wasn't listening to us about all the things we have already tried and then I told her alittle backstory and she said that's not what I asked in the rudest way. I've always loved Scott and white but I was not impressed with her at all and we will never see her again.

Katrina was knowledgeable, caring, and covered all reasonable bases to diagnose my daughter. She answered all questions, even those I had later through the message BSW app, and made it clear the best way to help my daughter get well again.
