This was my first visit with Violet Somera and I plan to continue to ask for her as my care provider. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive. She listens, asks questions, and makes it a point to connect. She put me at ease the minute she walked in the door by addressing me as a person first, rather then as the next patient in line to be seen. She answered all of my questions in a manner that I could understand. She provided me with options if my condition continues.

We had a great experience during my mom's newpatient visit yesterday. Violet was exceptionally pleasant and took her time to understand my mom's medical needs. She explained everything clearly, made my mom feel comfortable, and showed genuine care throughout the entire appointment. Providers like her make all the highly recommended!

The appointment started well when the LVN.Than, the nurse practitioner arrived. This was another story.I have been a diabetic for many years.A Dr or who ever should tell a person they are eating too any sweets. And tell a patient that meds should stop with insulin My A1c as dropped. Applause that.Be positive. Also look at the patient and not just the terminal using AI. Really?I walked out. Bad communication and comments a waste of my time

I've met the provider once. That's not enough experience to determine if a recommendation is warranted. I thought she was fine. A bit rushed perhaps for a new patient appointment but I'm open to developing a relationship.
