“Dr Fedder had not read my medica...”

Dr Fedder had not read my medical records prior to entering the room and was not at all familiar with my history in spite of all previous care records being sent.

“The follow-up was cursory at bes...”

The follow-up was cursory at best. I had reviewed the post-operative notes via the portal and they were consistent with the post-op telephone follow-up. Probably could skip this step in the future.
