“One thing that impressed me was ...”

One thing that impressed me was the doctor's willingness to organize our session around the need to wait for my husband to show up, since I wanted him to be present for our discussion. And when his appearance was delayed, she went to look for him herself (and found that he had been waiting in the outer office for some time).
