“Really appreciate the admin team...”

Really appreciate the admin team who is very on-the-ball about the wait list!!!!Also, Karli was wonderful--very knowledgeable and caring while clearly sharing information and listening well. Appreciate having a well-informed constructive conversation with her even through less than ideal medical circumstances.
