“I was really off put by the doct...”

I was really off put by the doctor's demeanor. She didn't seem very warm or caring, just dry and disinterested. I felt like she didn't take my concern seriously, and when she went to look in my sinuses she was very rushed. I didn't feel the lidocaine until 5-10min after she sprayed it, but immediately after the spray she went in to look and it was very uncomfortable (I know it's going to be uncomfortable, but it felt like she rushed this part of the exam and that if we waited a little longer I was more numbed and wouldn't have felt as much discomfort).
