She did not explain that I would not have the initial results of my urinalysis immediately as is the usual procedure when seen for a urinary tract infection. So, I was left waiting in the waiting room for about an hour till somewhat ask me why I had not left. Also, as a result I needed to see another provider that evening for the same issue so that I could obtain medication for a quite painful UTI.
