“Dr Cohen is over extended as far...”

Dr Cohen is over extended as far as time and shouldn't schedule routine follow up appointments that take 15 minutes in amongst consultations that could take an hour. I get it. I was there. What's wrong with scheduling follow ups on one day so people don't have to wait over an hour.

“When I described a situation dur...”

When I described a situation during my MRI both the assistant and Dr.Cohen took definitive action to help insure that I won't have a recurring issue in the future. I felt that my concerns were heard, valued, and that they initiated corrective measures.
