“Doctor was friendly and explaine...”

Doctor was friendly and explained my condition thoroughly. We made plan for my treatment going forward.The staff was super friendly and walked me to each location in the building. My only negative comment is in regards to how long I had to wait to be seen. It took a few months to get an appointment and I had no date/time restrictions.Another issue unrelated is with the referral process. I already had two doctors referrals for the radiation department at St. Mary's. I couldn't be seen until I saw a Providence doctor and got a referral from them. I have now seen 3 doctors for 3 referrals. There has to be a better way.

“Dr. Wicks is the best orthopedic...”

Dr. Wicks is the best orthopedic doctor I've ever seen, and I've seen many over several decades. He was very professional and has a great sense of humor, which really goes a long way in my book. I also love that he didn't dumb things down. I'm by no means a highly intelligent dude, but am well educated and like when doctors aren't afraid to use their vocabulary. My first appointment was last week, and I've already told multiple people to go to Walla Walla Providence Orthopedics and request Dr. Wicks. Seriously top notch!
