I feel confident heading into surgery. The preop nurse was especially kind and empathetic.

So far everything is working out well. I would say that every one involved were professional and worked well as a team. The only downside was that there were not enough rooms available after surgery so the wait in the recovery room was longer, they were attentive to me while in the recovery room though even though they were getting backed up.
