I do not have a regular provider in this office. The Dr. I saw previously relocated. The receptionist connected me with a nurse immediately, who then took great care to understand my situation. They called me back within an hour - ready to schedule a same-day virtual appt with Dr. Knapp, helped me navigate technology/MyChart login updates to support the virtual appt. And Dr. Knapp was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, reassuring and responsive to my needs. My overall experience was 10/10. I hope to be a regular patriot Dr. Knapp's moving forward. Thank you!
