Dr Liu, made me feel so safe and free of any judgement. Having a phobia is embarrassing, but she didn't make me feel ashamed, instead Dr. Liu comforted me and calmed me down as much as possible for the procedure. She treated me with respect and that's not something every medical professional does. Dr. Liu is also very knowledgeable and caring. I'm very happy that she's my provider.
