“He was so kind and so understand...”

He was so kind and so understanding and so helpful and I had been sick for over a month at this point so the fact that he took time to explain everything was normal tell me what to do as far as the treatment plan and what to do if it didn't work and actually I'm already feeling better but he was just amazing so gentle and smart
