I was treated with dignity and respect by the care team. Joshua Fink in particular was very easygoing, personable, and reassuring as he addressed my questions and concerns. He spent quality time getting to know me as a new patient and I did not feel rushed to get out of there. He offered many opportunities to address anything I may have forgot about.

Josh had great bedside manners. Did a great job of listening why I was there. No awkward silence. Explained everything very well. Made visiting the doctor a pleasant experience, which was a huge shock to me since I do everything to avoid going. If more doctors were like him I'd visit more often.
