In my 77 years on this planet with a variety of chronic conditions, and having lived in 7 cities in 5 states and 4 foreign countries, and as a Johns Hopkins University graduate as a clinical research microbiologist, I can say without reservation that Dr. Joseph Turner is the most competent, diligent, knowledgeable, attentive, thoughtful, courteous, kind and cheerful PCP that I have had the good fortune and pleasure to be treated by.
