“All our questions but 1 had been...”

All our questions but 1 had been answered by listening. This was such a positive appointment, even though we were ultimately referred to another surgeon, it was for the best of reasons and Dr Christiano still spent plenty of time with us. We left feeling heard, hopeful, and informed.
