“Rude & Unsensitive to patients needs!”
I had was referred to Dr. Rhinehart from my oncologist at CDH and their administration staff was rude and indigenet once they realized I was covered under Medicaid and did not have the resources of actual full insurance coverage their attitudes went from sweet and caring to rude as though I was a waste of their time and on welfare.
