I went to Dr. Miller for a second opinion after I had an awful visit with another ENT who would not let me ask any questions and where I had an awful experience. Dr. Miller was extra sensitive to my needs knowing what I went through and talked me through the process of care in the office. He was gentle and kind during my exam (which I was very nervous about) and even used a pediatric scope and numbing spray to try to make it easier for me. I highly recommended Dr. Miller to a friend, who had an appointment scheduled at Penn Medicine and she canceled her appointment and will be seeing Dr. Miller this week. I cannot say enough about how grateful I was to have had such a different experience with him than my previous ENT appointment.

Dr Miller is a hearing specialist so many of the Provider were not applicable. The same goes for questions about my meds. Dr Miller did discuss what we needed to review but them we moved on to my hearing issues. This survey was a waste of my time and will provide you little actual information about my visit wlith Dr. Miller per se.
