“The provider did an adequate job...”
The provider did an adequate job asking initial questions and reviewing symptoms. However, the interaction sometimes felt rushed. When I asked for clarification or needed information repeated, the responses were very brief and the body language suggested some frustration with repeating the information. At times it made me feel like I was inconveniencing the provider by asking him to repeat himself. Given that I came in with significant anxiety-related concerns, a more patient and reassuring communication style would have helped ease the stress of the visit.
