It was an okay experience, but not what I was expecting or advised beforehand. I was not aware that the appointment would be conducted via Zoom with approximately 10 other participants along with the doctor. I also did not realize it would be presented in more of a course-style format, with a strong emphasis on weight loss surgery. I would have appreciated clearer communication about the structure and focus of the session in advance.
