“Overall excellent office visits ...”
Overall excellent office visits with the exception of the times when I have failed to ask for more details about changes in my medications or treatments or about other related concerns such as a referral for a more in depth examination. This Is not a negative for the overall visits but a reality check that I need to be better prepared with my questions. I now make a more detailed list to be certain that I cover all my concerns. Many patients may assume they understand a diagnosis or the changes in their treatment while listening to the information but actually not fully processing it until the visit Is over.
