Dr. Brighter is a lovely person who clearly cares about her patient care level. She's a good listener and is smart about medical stuff. I really like her, I'm just always pissed off by the time I see her as I've been waiting so long! But I get over it. Again, give her slightly longer time slots to deal with her patients so she's not so far behind by 9:30.

I truly appreciate the time the doctor takes with me, and, I presume, with her other patients, but sometimes wait times are challenging when wait times interfere with other commitments. Because wait times have on 2-3 occasions exceeded 90 minutes past appointment times, I'd be reluctant to recommend.

Dr. Brighter is very personable and attentive. She takes time, but this may be a reason for delayed appointment time. I have waited > 30 minutes the last two times that I had an appointment with her.

As a chronic illness patient it is hard to find doctors who actually care enough to put effort in and listen and believe what you tell them. Dr. Brighter is an amazing doctor, very qualified. She didn't dismiss me or treat me like I was exaggerating. She just listened, asked questions, made referrals and ordered tests and discussed medications with me. She was very thorough and helpful.
