Ms. Smith, my care provider, was terrific. She realized my health problem needed more than a virtual visit for a proper diagnosis, so she fit me into her in-person schedule the very same morning. At that appointment, she correctly sussed out the cause of my hearing problem, out of a range and possibilities. After my irrigation procedure, she came back for a follow-up exam. In addition to Ms. Smith, the MA who facilitated my appointment change, who checked my vitals, and who later returned to irrigate both my ear canals, was also thorough and wonderful.
