If you currently have dental insurance we will be happy to provide you with a pre-determination slip to give to your insurance carrier. This will enable you to determine how much your carrier will cover. Benefits that you receive from your dental insurance company are unrelated to your dental needs or what is important to your dental health. We encourage you to read your insurance policy so that you are fully aware of the coverage and any limitation of the benefits provided.
We are not a participating provider with any insurance companies, however, we have many patients who pay for services and then submit claim forms to their carrier for reimbursement directly to them. Remember that your insurance carrier may not pay for the entire bill when they reimburse you. Again, we encourage you to check with your carrier first to determine coverage.
