I chose Dr. Jean Chen originally as her office was willing to provide a safe, masked and ventilated environment. During my treatment I found Dr. Chen always willing to listen and explain clinical choices in front of me so that as a patient, I always found it comfortable to make decisions together about my care, including any tradeoffs and what are most commonly done in each circumstance. I never felt pressured to spend more money or time, and Dr. Chen was always willing to explain the upsides and downsides of every decision. Strongly recommend!
