“I left the appointment in tears....”
I left the appointment in tears. I had questions to ask from the PT did not get them in. Dr. Kelly treated me like an old confused lady. Granted I am 71 but there were areas where he did not give me even a chance to explain my situation. He was arrogant and impatient like I was wasting his time. He told me when someone tells you to should do something you should listen. I have never felt to insulted by a Dr. He may be an excellent surgeon but I would never recommend him to anyone. Have never had this experience from any Essentia staff.
