Crystal was wonderful! She took time to explain. She listened to me. She got the ball rolling to ensure the proper tests, care, and time was taken during my visits. Crystal ordered tests that the ER doctors failed to order. She also set up a consult with a Neurosurgeon. Thanks to her I received answers. I would highly recommended her!
