I trust the care of this provider & she has been very skilled & knowledgeable. I experience much health anxiety in general so when a high risk for cancer is present I thrive on reassurance & clarity. When the staff use terms she herself didn't use while explaining that I need surgery, it's surprising to my system. (This was in 2024)On [date] I again was surprised when I got a call from Lebanon Oncology to schedule an appointment. All I was expecting was " a different dept to be calling me regarding my prescription". I don't like surprises.
