I think this was my first experience with Dr Cha, I felt very at ease with his care. He answered all my questions and was clear in his instructions regarding the course of treatment.

Dr. Cha didn't rush me in and rush me out. Dr. Cha discussed my medical history, medications, conversations about all of my health and personal stuff as well as conversations about the ai technology he uses to take notes. Gone are the days where you could sit and talk to your pcp because they are stuck looking at a screen and rushing between patients. That wasn't Dr Cha. He took the time, he had the discussions, he made eye contact while not stuck looking at a screen and typing. I appreciate that.

Dr. Cha listened closely to me. I pay very close attention to advice, and I cared that he listened to the message I left pre-visit. A blood test administered by my cardiologist showed subclinical hypothyroidism, and the symptoms I experience but don't discuss much (except I can't fall asleep, which Dr. Cha is working with me on) all fit with hypothyroidism. He was kind enough to prescribe the minimal dose of levothyroxine, to try to help, with only a video visit to go on. He continues to help with the zolpidem as well. This was the most successful PCP visit I have experienced, in-person or video. Dr. Cha cares.
