Dr Shah always has a plan for how we can better control my diabetes. She very welcoming. Even when I don't have the best number, I never feel like I can't talk to her or the staff about it.

“When I felt I wasn't being heard...”

When I felt I wasn't being heard or getting answers from other providers within the system. She provided me with quick intelligent answers and a plan of action in case one suggested treatment fails. We have a backup plan. I was feeling very hopeless and she brought the hope back into me that I might be able to get some answers about my complicated medical issues. She was an intelligent professional had a great bedside manner and most of all I felt like I was being heard. I asked if I could give her a hug even at the end of the appointment.

Dr. Shah listens to you, has read your history before you arrive, and is ready for your visit. She is knowledgeable on your condition and has answers to your questions. I was "assigned" Dr. Shah after surgery for my thyroid cancer because my doctor had left BSW. I had just had surgery and was uneasy about my health and not having my previous doctor. Now I would "choose" Dr. Shah and I have confidence being treated by her. I am happy having her on my side.
