“Great doctor once you get by the office staff”
Dr. Leventhal is a very caring and knowledgeable professional. In consultation he listens intently and offers logical suggestions. Exams are also very professional. However, his reception staff could care less. A patient walks in, stands by the desk and waits. No greeting, no acknowledgment of your existence. Two visits ago I stood there while they discussed where they should buy lunch. Three visits ago I waited while the receptionist received driving directions to a personal event. Have been a patient for 4 years and they don't know my name or who is my doctor there (there is another Dr. in the office space).
