Dr Fonte is very supportive and encourages me to improve my health. She discusses different options to resolve any iimedical issues which makes me feel as we decided as a team the next step in treatment. I'm very impressed with the service and care I receive at BS&W Southlake Any messages I leave on the portal are ALWAYS answered by the next day. When I've called to see Dr Fonte and she's not available. I've been offered an appt w/ the PA at the clinic. For as large as this practice is and the amount of patients treated there the service is outstanding. Glad to be a patient at BS&W SL
