I will not be going back to this doctor. She dismissed my concerns and immediately tried recommending I go on anxiety medication just because her condescending tone & dismissive remarks made me nervous. She also put that I have regular periods after I told her I get them twice a month. She also told me to not take my prescription for a week then put in my papers to take it as normal, obviously not putting any care or thought into these directions.

Hilda had all my information and reviewed everything thoroughly and she referred me to appropriate providers. She is very knowledgeable, trusting and easy to talk to. She is an excellent asset to Cross Keys Family Practice. This was my first encounter with her and I am very Impressed.
