Heather put me at ease immediately. She explained every step of the exam process. That helps so much when a provider does that. It's the first NON-PAINFUL pelvic exam and pap I've ever had in my life. I'll ask for her next time and recommend her to female friends.

The phone lines are always super busy or there's a long wait time for an apt but, I was able to message my care team provider on the my chart app and I was able to get in within the next day. Heather Aldridge was a great doctor. I'll ask for her next time I have to come in again.
