The wait time for this provider/ or type of provider is drastically too long and unacceptable for patients. I was fortunate that someone intervened for me. I was lucky and I'm incredibly grateful. I don't know why it happened but I am so happy it did, but I could've just as easily have not been that lucky.

Dr Smith talks fast. So being hearing impaired it sometimes is hard to follow conversation. But most of the time if an issue with review notes from visit in my chart.

Dr Larry Smith is an outstanding Physician. He is kind, courteous and compassionate. I worry what I will do another patience when he retires I'm not sure you can replace him.
