He is attentive and communicates effectively, but does not listen. I asked questions, but he did not answer them. He circumvented his response instead. I told him to leave me voicemails and he did not. He kept calling my phone. I also advised him to send the prescription to Walgreens and he confirmed the pharmacy. I have been receiving texts from CVS regarding the prescription. Frustrating experience.
