“Dr Gilanella was understanding a...”

Dr Gilanella was understanding and patient with our adult disabled child. We could not have asked for anything more. Unfortunately, not every health care provider "gets it" when caring for the disabled, but Dr Gianella does. He is a gem and should be recognized as such.
